Is shipping complimentary?
Yes. HSW offers complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Kuwait: 1–2 business days. GCC: 3–5 business days. International: 5–10 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A shipping confirmation with tracking details is sent once your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached.

How do I initiate a return?

How do I find my size?
