How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, select your size, and add to your bag. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Contact us immediately at concierge@thehsw.co.
What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
Is shipping complimentary?
Complimentary express shipping applies to GCC and international orders of KWD 125 (approximately US$410) or more. Orders below this are charged a flat KWD 10 (approximately US$33). Every GCC and international order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so import duties, customs fees, VAT and local taxes are included and covered by HSW — nothing further is payable on delivery. Kuwait delivery is KWD 1.5. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Will I pay duties or taxes on delivery?
No. Every GCC and international order ships DDP, so duties and taxes are already included in the total you pay at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days once ready to ship. Made-to-order pieces follow the production timeline in our Made-to-Order Policy, typically 3–6 weeks before dispatch. Once dispatched, international delivery is estimated at 3–10 business days depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier service.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A shipping confirmation with tracking details is sent once your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, on eligible unworn, unaltered items with tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Email concierge@thehsw.co with your order number and our team will guide you through the process.
How do I find my size?
Refer to our Size Guide for full measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for outerwear.
Do you offer made-to-measure?
We are not currently offering made-to-measure. For fit guidance or product-specific sizing questions, contact us at concierge@thehsw.co.
Shipping & Duties
Shipping is calculated at checkout. All shipping options are DDP and include applicable duties and taxes. There are no additional duties or taxes payable on delivery. We currently ship worldwide, except to Israel.
