Product Availability
HSW produces in limited quantities and small batches. Availability shown on the site is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and paid in full. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a style, or withdraw a product from sale at our discretion, including after an order has been placed, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated at checkout, and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed to international customers may be converted for reference only; the amount charged will be as shown at checkout in your selected currency. Applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. In the event of a pricing error — including a promotional or system error — HSW reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after order confirmation.
Orders & Payment
We accept major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. HSW reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion, including where we suspect fraud, cannot verify payment or identity, or where an error has occurred in pricing or product information.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to our logo, product photography, garment CADs and technical designs, campaign imagery, product names, and overall website design — is the property of HSW and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
HSW shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products beyond the value of the order placed. This includes, without limitation, delays or losses arising from shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control as described under Force Majeure below.
Force Majeure
HSW shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, political instability, sanctions, pandemics, factory shutdowns, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, customs holds, and government restrictions. In such circumstances, we will notify affected customers and take reasonable steps to fulfil the order once the disruption has passed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
