Shipping

HSW offers complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Kuwait: 1–2 business days
• GCC: 3–5 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email concierge@thehsw.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us at concierge@thehsw.co to arrange an exchange.

Final Sale

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
